  • LOTB is a celebration of the beautiful game.

    The project aims to highlight and award recognition to individuals who have made significant contributions within the game, through the creation of NFT sports collectibles.

  • For fans who live and breathe football.

    If you consider yourself a football fanatic and are looking for a place to connect with like-minded individuals, then you’ve found the right place.

  • Every season the community will welcome a new bunch of legends onto the Ethereum blockchain, which will represent a new series.

    Within a series, 150 individuals will be chosen across five award categories.

    The LOTB community will directly influence decision-making on all future legends to be onboarded as well as play a major role in the evolution of the project.

  • Series 1, the Genesis collection, aims to grow and cultivate the LOTB community.

    Merit has been awarded based on the past season’s performance and historical stature within the game.

  • The five different award categories are:

    • Best in the World – the top five players in the world

    • The 100 – the top 100 players in the world (excluding the top five from the BIW category)

    • Wonderkids – the best youngsters in the world under the age of 21 (effective from the start of the season)

    • Managers – a tribute to five managers past or present

    • OG’s – a tribute to retired legends from the past

  • A total of 1230 NFTs are available, with varying supply across each award category. Certain award categories will have multiple editions.

  • The first LOTB NFT will be free to mint. Each additional NFT will cost 0.0442 ETH. Each wallet can mint a maximum of 3 NFTs per transaction.

  • During the minting process, each collectible will be randomly generated to your wallet.

    However, if there is a specific legend you have your sights set on, collectibles will be available for secondary sales via OpenSea.

  • LOTB’S objective is to deliver real-world utility to its holders.

    Therefore, all income generated from secondary sales will be funneled back into the LOTB community to deliver football-based experiences and memorabilia access for LOTB holders.

  • Due to the safety concerns spiralling from NFT scams and Discord, LOTB will not be implementing a Discord channel. This decision has been taken to protect the interest of the LOTB community.

    Twitter will be used as an initial form of communication, whilst the LOTB team explores safer long-term solutions for community collaboration.
